I have over ten years of teaching and professional writing experience, including as lecturer in the English Department at the University of Illinois. Today, I teach a range of courses with Mountain Writers Series, Blackbird Studio for Writers, Pacific University, and University of Portland. My current teaching and writing interests include prose poetry, creative nonfiction, playwriting, and teleplays.
